We have created our Workers’ Welfare Committee to listen to their suggestions and concerns and to promote employee welfare through physical or educational, volunteering activities and facilities improvement.

Emirates Precast gives value not only to our people and premises but also to the society outside our workplace. In giving back to the community, Emirates Precast have consistently volunteered in Dubai Municipalities Clean Up the World  and have carried out volunteer works for Al Noor Centre for Children with Special Needs in their facilities and fund raising activities
